10/17/12 | 0700 BM & SB calibration on O2 & H2O pressure sensors. 0820 Start Loading Kirby barge T-Bone transfer “25,000 bbls”. 1030 George checked H2O pressure on vapor line found no bad readings. 1035 O2-12.40% / 45.2% FG / H2O psi 16.7 @ 2,423 bbls per hour. 1135 raised bph from 2345 – 2588 / O2-12.44% / 45.5 FG, H2O psi 16.1 – Filled fuel pot @ flare 1/4 till low level. 1230 raised bph from 2360 bph – 2647 bph. No answer to how or why the rate went down. 1240 bph 2584 O2-12.14% psi 17.0. 1440 Flow rate 100% 2850 bbls/hr. 1500 bbls/hr 2834 O2-12.47% / H2O psi 14.7. |
03/01/13 | 0130-0310 Tried to find out why there was no flow. Tankerman did not have valves fully open. 0420-0445 Air Compressore quit working and clsosed all control valves. After fiving it a rest, we resumed. 0520 Shutdown no air pressure. 0750 Restart. After ESD panel repair. 0810 Down. Fuel Gas Valve Bad – Broken. 1120 Restart after repair. 1435-1520 Shutdown to refuel compressor. |
